Track patterns, notice shifts, and feel more supported over time.

Your body is carrying a lot- and it deserves to be understood.
At FlareAware, we believe symptoms are not random- they are signals. Our philosophy centers on helping our community listen earlier, respond more gently, and make informed adjustments that support long-term well-being.
We believe that awareness is more powerful than willpower, health tools should feel supportive, not demanding, and that small insights, over time, can lead to meaningful change.
FlareAware honors the realty that healing is not linear. We create space for self-trust, self-compassion, and clarity- especially on days when energy is limited and answers feel out of reach.

FlareAware is built at the intersection of lived experience, data intelligence, and compassionate design. Our expertise centers on helping people better understand their bodies-without overwhelm, guilt, or pressure to "push through".
We specialize in supporting individuals who experience fluctuating symptoms, invisible illness, or episodic flare-ups. FlareAware is designed for real life-where symptoms change day to day and clarity often feels just out of reach.
Our approach focuses on pattern recognition over perfection, helping users notice meaningful trends in symptoms, energy, mood, and daily inputs.
FlareAware translates everyday experiences into structured, user-friend insights by gently tracking:
All tracking is intentionally flexible, so users can engage at a level that feels supportive- not burdensome.
Leveraging user-controlled data, FlareAware applies thoughtful AI driven analysis to help surface correlations and trends that may otherwise go unnoticed.
Our technology is designed to:
FlareAware does not diagnose or replace medical care- it empowers users with clearer information to bring to their care journey.
We bring deep expertise in designing for people who are already carrying a lot.

FlareAware provides a digital platform designed to support symptom tracking, pattern recognition, and health data organization for individuals managing chronic health conditions. Through simple daily inputs and optional integrations, users can capture how they are feeling alongside lifestyle and environmental factors.
Over time, FlareAware helps surface patterns and potential triggers associated with flare-ups, supporting greater awareness of what may contribute to changes in symptoms. These insights are intended to help users better understand their own rhythms and prepare for more informed, data driven, and productive conversations with their healthcare providers. We enable users to generate and share clear, organized reports directly from the app to support clinical appointments and ongoing care discussions.
Using this growing body of personal health data, FlareAware offers gentle reminders and data-informed insights designed to support reflection and informed choice. The goal is to help empower users make thoughtful lifestyle or behavioral adjustments- when and where appropriate, that may support reducing the frequency, severity, or duration of flares over time. This guidance meets the user where they are at and is intentionally supportive, flexible, and user-led, rather than prescriptive or direction.
As this platform evolves, FlareAware is designed to support additional capabilities that prioritize safety, connection, and user control. These options include caregiver and family support features that allow users to determine who they share information with and how much they choose to share, as well as emergency-support functionality designed to assist users in distress. Future enhancements will also
incorporate additional health sources, such as laboratory results, to support a more comprehensive, longitudinal view of individual health patterns.
Across all platforms, FlareAware is built to prioritize privacy, consent, simplicity, and peach of mind, recognizing that meaningful insight and support come from learning with the body, on the users terms.

FlareAware's mission is to support people in understanding their body's rhythms and navigating chronic illness with greater clarity, compassion, and care.

FlareAware was created to support people living with chronic conditions, fluctuating symptoms, and invisible illness- especially when traditional tools fall short of capturing the full picture.
We believe understanding your body shouldn't require guesswork, perfection, or pushing past your limits just to be believed.
Living with chronic conditions often means navigating overlapping symptoms, unpredictable flares, and care experiences that don't always reflect day-to-day reality. Often times we're asked to track more, explain more, and advocate harder- often without tools that truly support them.
FlareAware exists to change that experience.
Our platform is designed to help our community members gently notice patterns in their symptoms, energy, mood, and daily inputs- so insight can build over time, even when consistency isn't possible.
Founder Led, Lived Experience at the Core
FlareAware was founded by someone who lives with multiple chronic conditions and understands firsthand how deeply chronic illness can impact every part of life.
The constant management, unpredictably, and emotional weight are real- and often invisible to others. FlareAware was created for that reality, to help our community feel seen, supported, and less alone.
The results is a platform built with empathy, flexibility, and respect for the reality that health is not linear- and that progress doesn't always look the same day to day.
What Makes FlareAware Different
FlareAware was intentionally designed to move away from rigid tracking and performance based wellness models. Instead, it offers:
FlareAware is designed for real life- including the days when logging everything feels impossible. To reduce the burden, the platform can pair with a wearable device to passively capture select health data, such as sleep, activity, and other available biometrics.
Users can choose to gently add symptoms, pain levels, mood, stress, flare duration and severity, when they have the capacity- and rely on passive data when they don't. Both matter. Both count.
